Madam Speaker: A Behind-the-Scenes Look at the U.S. Speaker of the House (April 1–5, 2019)

A busy week at the U.S. Capitol, as Speaker Pelosi welcomed the Secretary General of NATO, Jens Stoltenberg, to address a Joint Meeting of Congress. Also this week, Speaker Pelosi and a bicameral group of Members stood on the steps of the Supreme Court to speak up against the Trump Administration’s assault on Americans’ health care, met with young students from the Inspiring Children Foundation and snapped a few photos with the cast of #QueerEye and Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.
