This week, House Democrats introduced the Raise the Wage Act to gradually increase the minimum wage to $15 by 2024, welcomed US Coast Guard leadership to talk about the negative effects the #TrumpShutdown has had on our men and women in uniform, met with the Ambassador of Afghanistan and talked with Priscilla Presley about her work to protect horses and to prevent all soring tactics.
