Madam Speaker: A Behind-the-Scenes Look at the U.S. Speaker of the House (Jan 13th –17th, 2020)

This week marked an important chapter in our country’s history. House Democrats upheld their promise to preserve and protect our Constitution and to ensure that no one is above the law, including the President of the United States.

On Wednesday, Speaker Pelosi named House Impeachment Managers for the trial of the President and signed the articles of impeachment, which were then taken to the U.S. Senate ahead of its upcoming trial.
