Madam Leader: A Behind-the-Scenes Look at the House Democratic Leader’s Past Week (Bipartisan Congressional Delegation Trip to Puerto Rico & the U.S. Virgin Islands Edition)

A week in photos: July 26–28, 2018

Last week, Leader Pelosi led a bipartisan Congressional delegation to firsthand witness the progress made in Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands after Hurricane Maria. During the trip, Members met with the Governors of Puerto Rico and USVI, volunteers and workers of FEMA, community leaders, community-based organizations, labor unions and visited disaster recovery centers. Most importantly, members came to hear the concerns of our people in Puerto Rico and USVI.
